Job Responsibilities
Fraud and Dispute Management
- Analyze and process fraud and dispute cases.
- Manage the complete chargeback lifecycle.
- Investigate potential fraud transactions.
- Ensure adherence to association rules and regulations.
Chargeback Processing
- Handle retrieval requests and supporting documentation.
- Process cardholder and non-cardholder disputes.
- Manage first cycle chargebacks and second cycle representments.
- Handle pre-arbitration and case filing activities.
Compliance and Reporting
- Maintain compliance with banking and payment network regulations.
- Identify fraud trends and support reporting requirements.
- Follow quality standards and PCI compliance guidelines.
Data Analysis
- Perform trend analysis related to fraud and chargeback cases.
- Verify transaction validity through customer interaction when required.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions.
- Mentor new team members on chargeback processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
