Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Candidates with a Law degree are not eligible.
Experience Required
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or voice process are preferred.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral English accent preferred.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
- Good analytical and listening skills.
