Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor live dashboards and identify stuck or at-risk cases
- Handle end-to-end case resolution within defined timelines
- Manage escalations, callbacks, and critical cases
- Coordinate with labs, diagnostic centers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely OPD cashless authorization processing
- Maintain accurate case status and system updates
- Track daily case progress and pending closures
- Handle grievances and ensure SLA compliance
- Follow SOPs and maintain data accuracy
