Role and Responsibilities
- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write SQL procedures
- Prepare and execute test cases (manual and automated)
- Analyze and resolve service tickets as per defined processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
- Work on cloud, infrastructure, and digital workplace environments
- Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with teams to improve service quality and efficiency

- PAN India (Flexible to work from any Cognizant office location)
Eligibility Criteria
- 2024 or 2025 graduates only
- 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.)
- Minimum 50%–60% academic score (as per role requirement)
- No active backlogs allowed
- Consistent academic record required
- Candidates enrolled in full-time postgraduate programs are not eligible
