Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contractual & Permanent staffing)
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting recruitment KPIs
