Accounts Payable (AP)
Focus on managing outgoing payments and vendor invoices.
Record to Report (R2R)
Responsible for financial reporting and accounting processes. Order to Cash (O2C)
Handles receivables, payments, and customer accounts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in Commerce or Management (B.Com / BBA / MBA)
- 2 to 7 years of experience in accounting domain
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- ❌ LLB / Diploma candidates are not eligible
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Invoice processing and payment execution
- Handling vendor queries and discrepancies
- Knowledge of 3-way matching, GRN, Non-PO invoices
- Experience with ERP tools like SAP, Navision
- Invoice auditing and payment validation
Record to Report (R2R)
- Financial reporting and consolidation
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
- Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
- Intercompany accounting processes
- Stakeholder coordination and reporting accuracy
Order to Cash (O2C)
- Accounts receivable and collections management
- Posting customer payments (ACH, wire, checks)
- Handling credit/debit notes
- Resolving payment discrepancies
- Managing customer accounts and reporting
Skills Required
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
