Key Responsibilities
- Deloitte Learning Management System mein classes add karna
- Scheduled reports process karna aur delegate lists provide karna
- Electronic training materials aur pre-work distribute karna
- Classes close karna, post-course evaluations aur feedback process karna
- System activities timely aur accurately complete karna, procedural guidelines follow karna
- Data Protection legislation ka compliance ensure karna
- Service Level aur Operational Level Agreements ke andar kaam karna
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree required
- 0–1 years experience — learning administration, back-office service operations, ya customer service operations mein (preferred, mandatory nahi)
- Microsoft Office applications mein proficiency
- Training & development domain mein prior experience plus point hoga (preferred)
