What You Will Do
- End-to-end recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, interview coordination
- Candidates aur hiring managers ke saath interview scheduling aur follow-ups
- Employee records, recruitment trackers, aur HR databases maintain karna
- New joiners ke liye induction aur training sessions mein assist karna
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA/MBA ya equivalent degree (2025-26 batch, degree completed hona chahiye)
- Excellent oral aur written communication skills
- Learning aur adapt karne ki zeal
- Proactive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
