Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will monitor ServiceNow dashboards and other operational monitoring tools, manage incidents and service requests, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure SLA compliance. They will coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, prepare operational reports, support shift handovers, and maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken. The role also requires providing continuous operational support in a rotational shift environment.
