- Ensure smooth daily store functioning and performance

📈 Franchisee Business Development
- Manage franchise sales and onboarding process
- Generate leads and connect with potential partners
- Explain business model and close franchise deals
- Maintain lead data and follow-up for conversions
- Build relationships with franchise partners

- Oversee daily store operations and sales
