Role Summary

🏪 Retail Operations

  • Manage end-to-end pharmacy store operations
  • Handle sales, inventory, supply chain, and customer service
  • Lead a team of 15–16 staff members
  • Ensure smooth daily store functioning and performance
  • Work on business improvements and operational efficiency

📈 Franchisee Business Development

  • Manage franchise sales and onboarding process
  • Generate leads and connect with potential partners
  • Explain business model and close franchise deals
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up for conversions
  • Build relationships with franchise partners

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and sales
  • Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
